Like many of you, we were already underwater with email, Slack messages, social media posts, texts, notifications, and every other distraction under the sun before LLMs came along.


Now, generative AI has, well, generated. We have more content crashing down at us than ever before, but while LLMs have gotten quite good at creating noise, they haven't gotten equally as good at filtering it. Hey: we could do something about that.


You might have heard people argue that instead of fixing the problem, we should just let AI take over all the jobs (and worry about the consequences later?) We don't think that's sustainable - we like building cool stuff and bringing it into the world, and we bet you do too - and it's important to design a world where folks like us don't have to be sidelined if we don't wanna.

We think the future of work includes humans and AIs working together, not excluding each other.

We think it's a good metaphor what we want gigue (the product) to be: we want to bring teams and communities together, humans and AIs alike, in a coordinated, synchronized, fun way towards a common goal.

Where's your logo from?

As far as we know, the symbol has the super-catchy name “Rightwards Arrow with Loop” (per the Unicode Consortium), but it’s used in mathematics for transformation from one state to another.


That's kinda neat, because this is is the most important primitive gigue does, at least in our minds. Every agent and process is taking some form of work and trying to transform it into something more useful, step-by-step, so that you don't have to.


Wherever you see our little "giguemark" in-platform (what we call it, since "Rightwards Arrow with Loop" is kind of a mouthful), it means we're trying to evolve one thing into another, better thing.
